DAY 1: Cusco – Hidroelectrica – Aguas Calientes
Pick-up in Cusco – Plaza de Armas
06:15 – 06:30 a.m. | Meet at the designated point (BCP ATM, corner of Espaderos Street – Plaza de Armas).

08:45 – 09:15 a.m. | Drive through the town of Ollantaytambo. Passengers may also board here if selected as their departure point.

12:50 p.m. | Drive through the town of Santa María.

1:30 p.m. | Pass by the town of Santa Teresa.
Hidroelectrica Arrival & Start of the Hike
1:50 p.m. | Lunch followed by the start of the 11 km scenic hike to Aguas Calientes (approx. 3 hours).
Arrival in Aguas Calientes & Hostel Check-in
5:00 p.m. | Arrival in Aguas Calientes. Meet your guide for a briefing about the next day’s visit to Machu Picchu.
Dinner in Aguas Calientes
8:00 p.m. | Enjoy a relaxing dinner in the peaceful jungle town of Aguas Calientes—perfect to recharge after your adventure and get ready for the big day.
Choose Your Way to Machu Picchu
Bus: Purchase your ticket in Aguas Calientes ($12 USD). Walk: Start around 4:00 a.m. for a scenic and early-morning hike.

6:00 a.m. | Meet your professional guide at the main entrance.

Board the Bus to Cusco
2:30 – 2:45 p.m. | Depart from Hidroelectrica in a comfortable tourist vehicle.
Arrival in Cusco – Plaza Regocijo
Around 9:00 p.m. | Drop-off at Plaza Regocijo, a lively square in the heart of Cusco.
