DAY 1

Cusco — Hydroelectric — Aguas Calientes

Arrival in town, check-in at the assigned hostel, and a short briefing with our guide to coordinate the details for the next day's Machu Picchu visit.

Machu Picchu & Return to Cusco

Return Hike to Hydroelectric

This is the mandatory departure time from Aguas Calientes to begin the return hike along the railway tracks to reach the station on time.

Pickup at Hydroelectric Station

Arrival at the designated meeting point in Hydroelectric for passenger registration before boarding the return bus.

Our tourist transport departs toward Cusco. Our departures are strictly on time to ensure safety on the interprovincial highway.

Driving back through the town of Santa Teresa as we begin the mountain ascent through the Andes.

Crossing the town of Ollantaytambo in the Sacred Valley. Passengers who wish to end their tour here to stay in the area are welcome to disembark at this point.

Please arrive punctually at the BCP bank ATM located on the corner of Cusco's Plaza de Armas and Calle Espaderos. The transportation operates on tight interprovincial road schedules, so strict punctuality is requested to avoid missing registration and boarding.

* Return Logistics Notice: On Day 2, the return hike from Aguas Calientes to Hydroelectric must be started strictly between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM to guarantee arrival before 2:00 PM (14:00 hrs), which is when the vehicles begin their mandatory and sharp departure back to Cusco.
