Acceptance of the ESNNA law

Our company strongly rejects any form of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents and reaffirms its commitment to protecting the fundamental rights of minors. We act responsibly, ethically, and consciously, in full compliance with current legal regulations and child protection principles.

Within our organization, we do not tolerate under any circumstances behaviors related to sexual exploitation, human trafficking, abuse, or any other criminal activity involving persons under 18 years of age. This commitment applies to all our operations and to every relationship we maintain with clients, partners, suppliers, and collaborators.

We strictly comply with the provisions of Law No. 29408, which sanctions the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, and we actively promote a culture of prevention, awareness, and reporting. We firmly believe that tourism must be a responsible activity that respects human dignity and protects vulnerable populations.

We also encourage our clients, staff, and the general public to report any suspected case of sexual exploitation involving minors. Reports can be made confidentially and anonymously, helping to protect victims and prevent further harm.
